2. The waitlist is not an order. Joining the waitlist means you would like to hear from us about the launch. It is not a purchase, a reservation, a subscription or a promise by either side. We may change, delay or cancel the product, its features, plans and prices before launch, and we may close the waitlist. No payment is taken on this website.

3. Information on this site. The site describes what we are building and what exists today. Descriptions of features marked "in testing" or "early access" may change. Any figure the product shows about stores, sales or revenue is an estimate shown as a range, derived from publicly available information and official sources; it is not a guarantee, financial advice or a statement about any specific business.

4. Acceptable use. Do not attack, overload or probe this site, do not submit other people's email addresses, and do not use automated means to fill in the waitlist form.

5. Intellectual property. The site's text, design and name belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names that may appear belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with Shopify, Meta, TikTok or Google.

6. No warranty, limited liability. The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Governing law. The laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, apply, and the courts of Bernalillo County, NM have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
