Refund Policy
Review draft, not yet in effect. This website currently takes no payments. Plans, prices and any trial terms will be announced at launch. This draft does not offer a refund guarantee or set a claim deadline.
Scope
This draft covers subscriptions to the research service. It does not cover products bought from stores listed in the service. The final policy will identify the seller and payment provider before paid subscriptions open.
Cancellation and refunds are separate
Cancellation stops future renewals; a refund concerns a payment already made. Requesting one does not automatically request the other. Before paid access opens, the subscription terms will explain how to cancel, how cancellation is confirmed and when access ends.
Payments that may need review
An initial purchase, a renewal and a plan change are different transactions. A request should identify the transaction concerned. Duplicate or unrecognized charges, billing errors and a service that could not be used should be described so the relevant payment and service records can be reviewed. This draft does not automatically approve or reject any category of claim.
How to request a review
Use the [email protected] to ask about a payment. Include the account email, transaction reference, date, amount and a short description of the issue. Do not send a password, full card number or card security code. If more information is needed, only information relevant to the request should be requested.
Review and payment handling
Receipt of a request is separate from a refund decision. The final policy will explain eligibility, any voluntary claim window, the review process and applicable response times before payments open. Any approved refund should identify the amount, payment route and confirmation; payment-provider processing time will be explained without promising an unverified completion date. No extra fee or deduction is established by this draft.
Your rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for a service that does not conform to the contract, remain unaffected. Voluntary refund terms must not replace those rights. This draft does not assume that using a digital service automatically waives any right.
Final version
The approved policy will state its effective date and explain changes before it is used for paid subscriptions. Until then, this text is for review only and is not an active refund policy.
